Shipping policy

UK
Triple Crown offer a next day delivery service for all UK orders placed before 3pm (GMT) and full payment received. If your order is placed after this time, or during the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Please be aware that your parcel will require a signature upon delivery and tracking information will be provided at the time of despatch.

UK shipping is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery Pre 1pm.

All deliveries are fully insured whilst in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your order is placed before 1pm (GMT) on a working day and full payment received, we will aim to dispatched your order on that same day. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but in the current economic climate local customs and excise authorities can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control, particularly EU countries. 

Since the UK is no longer in the EU, you will be most likely need to pay local custom charges on the value of the purchased product.

Please note that Triple Crown accepts no responsibility for excess custom charges or excise duties and taxes charged by your local authorities through purchasing products in the UK. 

International shipping is provided by DHL Express door to door delivery duty unpaid.

COLLECT IN STORE
Please contact us via the contact us section on the website, to make an appointment at our London Mayfair Showroom to collect your timepiece.

When collecting from our showroom you will require the following documentation:

• Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address
