Terms and Conditions for Triple Crown Watches

 

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the purchase and sale of pre-owned luxury watches ("Products") from Triple Crown Watches ("Seller"). By placing an order or purchasing Products from Triple Crown Watches, you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before making any purchase.

 

  1. Product Description and Condition:

 

1.1 The Products sold by Triple Crown Watches are pre-owned luxury watches. The description, condition, and specifications of each Product are provided on the Seller's website or as communicated to the Buyer directly. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to review the product details before making a purchase.

 

1.2 The Seller makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition of each Product. However, due to the pre-owned nature of the watches, there may be minor wear and tear. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of original packaging, documentation, or accessories unless explicitly stated.

 

  1. Warranty:

 

2.1 Triple Crown Watches provides a 12-month limited warranty ("Warranty") from the date of purchase. The Warranty covers any mechanical defects that arise under normal use and maintenance of the Product.

 

2.2 The Warranty is only applicable to the original Buyer of the Product and is non-transferable.

 

2.3 The Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or tampering by the Buyer or any third party.

 

2.4 To claim Warranty service, the Buyer must contact Triple Crown Watches within the Warranty period and provide proof of purchase. The Seller will determine the appropriate action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at their sole discretion.

 

  1. Purchase and Payment:

 

3.1 The Product price is stated in GBP (British Pounds) and excludes applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Payment must be made in full and cleared before the Product is shipped or handed over to the Buyer.

 

3.2 The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process, including billing and shipping details. The Seller is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.

 

3.3 Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a Product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information.

 

3.4 Payment for Products must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Seller. The Seller accepts payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other payment method agreed upon by both parties.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery:

 

4.1 The Seller will make reasonable efforts to process and ship the Products in a timely manner. However, shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4.2 The Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and other fees associated with the purchase and importation of the Products. The Seller is not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or issues arising from customs procedures.

 

  1. Returns and Refunds:

 

5.1 The Buyer may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the Product, provided that the Product is in its original condition and packaging as sold.

 

5.2 To initiate a return, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing and obtain a return authorization.

 

5.3 The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs fees or duties.

 

5.4 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after the Seller receives the returned Product and has been inspected. The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable shipping costs, restocking fees, or damages caused by the Buyer.

 

  1. Ownership and Risk of Loss:

 

6.1 Ownership of the Product transfers to the Buyer upon full payment and delivery.

 

6.2 The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection.

 

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

 

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Buyer and Triple Crown Watches. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.

 

  1. Entire Agreement:

 

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and Triple Crown Watches regarding the purchase and sale of the Products and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

By making a purchase from Triple Crown Watches, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
